The photos show the signal station of St Peter Port Radio located at the harbour entrance with the various antennae.
The marine radio  station coverage extends across the bailwick, and also provides Search and Rescue facilities as well as regular weather reports and traffic lists on VHF.
MF was seldom used  compared to years ago, and was completely  discontinued in 2000 according to information supplied from the station and are planning to re locate to new premises at the harbour.
